Taking advantage of vulnerable homeowners undergoing foreclosure proceedings, these well organized scam artists come under the disguise of helping the owners keep their properties. However, the homeowners later realize that in the complex documents they signed, they have transferred the titles of their properties and have become renters in their own homes.
