Daytona Beach Association of Realtors appoints Carlos Bravo to Technology CommitteeThe founder and CEO of KarlHaus Realty, Carlos Bravo, has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Daytona Beach Association of Realtors (DBAAR) to serve on its Technology Committee.

The DBAAR's Technology Committee develops and advices on technology strategy and issues related to Multiple Listing Service (MLS©) data services to its members. The Committee also investigates and develops recommendations on new technologies which should be offered to REALTORS©.

Carlos Bravo, CEO of KarlHaus RealtyCarlos brings over 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Strategy Consulting and Advanced Internet Technologies. He was one of the original shareholders of USinternetworking (USi), the world's first Internet Application Services Provider after leading the merger that built the company. During his tenure, USi grew to over 1,300 employees and a market valuation of over $6 Billion. Carlos attended the University of Florida's School of Engineering and Northwestern University's Law and Business Schools and holds advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Business.

The Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS® is one of the nearly 1,600 real estate boards in the country which make up the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the largest trade association in the world.

Established in 1922, the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS® has over 1,800 members dedicated to serving the needs of both home sellers and buyers in the greater Daytona Beach area.

Serving the needs of its members, the public and the community are the association's three main purposes. With a wide variety of continuing education programs, the association encourages its members to strive for the highest degree of professionalism in the industry.

In addition to providing education and marketing tools to its members, the association also enforces the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® which each REALTOR® subscribes to when joining the association.
